Bring the bottoms of your feet together and flutter your knees up and down just like butterfly wings! Join Naturalist and Yoga Instructor Abby Saxton in this animal-themed yoga session and guided hike. Move through simple yoga poses like puppy pose and downward-facing dog. Once you have learned how to breathe like a bumblebee, meet some of our live animal ambassadors and discover why yoga poses are named after them. Afterwards, take a short hike to search for wild animals and discover their yoga poses.
This program is designed for children aged 5-8 years old; children must be accompanied by an adult. One adult chaperone may attend at no charge. Bring your own yoga mat or borrow them from us. This program will take place both indoors and outdoors.
