Join us in The Yard at BAYSHORE on select Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings for a FREE 100Fit Bootcamp workout hosted by 100Fitness. The workout is for everyone – bring a yoga mat and get ready to move with great music, energetic trainers, and 100’s own members to welcome you! We will get you sweating and moving with just your body weight, but feel free to bring a loaded backpack or pair of dumbbells if you want to spice it up!
