In this hands-on class, you’ll experience an incredible journey through culinary Thailand with Chef Becca as your professional guide. You will be preparing authentic and popular Thai meals completely from scratch using high-quality ingredients. Learn how to best utilize Thai ingredients and spices as you create dishes that are full of flavor, including traditional Thai curry chicken, succulent pad Thai, and delectable sticky rice with coconut cream and mango.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
