Creating Art with Ash Trees

November 21 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

$15 – $20

Join naturalists to create your own art pieces from ash tree cuts from Center trees felled by the invasive Emerald Ash Borer. We will also hike through the forests to learn more about the importance of trees in the forests and how invasive species affect habitats. After the hike, we will provide art supplies so you can make unique ornaments or paperweights – just in time for the holidays!

This program is designed for families with children ages 6 and older.

This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, a portion of the program will be done indoors.
