Stroller Fitness in the Park

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Thursday, repeating until September 30, 2021
Join a group of moms for a fun and challenging workout in the park with your little one! Bring the stroller (or join solo!). Appropriate for pregnant moms as well. Led by Alex, a personal trainer, prenatal & postpartum exercise specialist, this 45-minute class utilizes our surrounding green spaces and then ends with playtime at Little Sprouts Play Cafe.
