Yoga at Schlitz Audubon

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until September 28, 2021
This flow style yoga class is created for beginners to intermediate levels, based on breath and how to be in the present moment. Instructor Megan O’Neil will focus on relieving tension in the head, neck, shoulders and back. Benefits of yoga can include:
· More energy
· Reducing stress
· Strengthening muscles
· Connecting body coordination to breathing
· Stretching the body thoroughly, leading to a release in endorphins
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
This program will take place indoors, where we will spread out in the auditorium. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. Participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others.
