July 4th in Whitefish Bay
The Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation knows how to organize a fun family-friendly July 4th. It’s by far my favorite event they organize. Against the backdrop of a postcard-worthy Americana village and views of Lake Michigan, the day begins with a festive parade through downtown and around the village streets. This is followed by a festival in Klode Park featuring children’s games, food vendors, a live music stage, and picnic tables. Bring a blanket and chair to secure a spot for the fireworks display over the lake! Fireworks reflect over the lake with a pitch-black backdrop and are impressive! You can easily park and walk to the park which makes the whole experience even better!
