We’re loving this Pomegranate Cosmopolitan, created by the moms of Habitual Hostess! It’s the perfect thing to cheers to while watching the new Sex & the City sequel series, as well as to serve at any holiday and winter gathering. Check out the recipe below–including directions for making it into batches for a group!
Pomegranate Cosmopolitan3 oz vodka
1.5 oz cointreau
1 oz lime juice
3 oz pomegranate juice
pomegranate seeds to garnish
lime wheels to garnish
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
4. Strain into a martini glass.
5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and lime wheel.
To batch out for 20 cocktails:
60 oz vodka
30 oz cointreau
20 oz lime juice
60 oz pomegranate juice
